This is the "Tin Yat Chi Channel and Pressure Point Cultivation 天一通經打穴功" which is a cultivation set for you to improve your health, vitalize and smoothen your chi channels, build internal chi energy for body conditioning and combat defense. It is also a very good set that can prevent sickness as well. Only about 5mins each day if you can do it by heart! This is something we will teach you when you learn from us as well. Of course, we will teach you in details and so you can learn them by heart and not miss out a tiny detail which can make a big difference.
