Kungfu Basics - Horse Stance

Mak Jo Si's legs were poisoned and injured in 2009 and so all the kungfu forms video he took and uploaded on youtube were done with limited stance and leg works. Here is Mak Jo Si doing a horse stance in 2011 December, his legs is much better but still not 100% recovered from the poison of the toxic herbs that he was told to use be a con artist back in 2008. It was just a pain......

Can kungfu BREAK things?

Yes of course. Who say Taichi is weak? We break things in a hi-tech way without any way to cheat. The rebreakable boards by Century is very consistant in terms of durability and strength. You cannot cheat and you must always hit the same center line in order to break it open. Force required to break is not allowed to bargin, you can't break it if your strike doesn't reach the power. Therefore, we break rebreakable boards, bricks, tiles and so on. Going green is another good way to save money too!
